We had the great opportunity to work with Kylee from the Dawn Rushton Group. We cold called Kylee late on a Sunday evening to which she answered. We spoke at length of our intentions and explained we were in a bit of a time crunch given the rental we were in and our overall situation. Kylee pretty much jumped on the crazy train and began the home buying process. A day or so later, we'd received a message from Kylee "hey, this literally just came on the market an hour ago, looks promising" - a few hours after we all took a tour and that was the house we ended up purchasing. Great find (and outdoor space). I do feel if Kylee not been as prompt as she'd been, we would have lost out on this property to another aggressive buyer (especially in this market).My wife and I had a great experience with Kylee. She was pretty on point with any questions we had, great work ethic and promptness. She was also easy to communicate with on a personal level as well, which always makes these things easier. Both my wife and I would highly recommend using her for your next purchase. Happy Hunting!
