ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot recommend or say enough positive things about my experiences with Jessica Crocker. She helped me realize my dream of selling my home in GA so I could retire early in upstate NY in a more affordable area near my kids. I was extremely anxious going into this process. I knew what my home was worth according to market trends, but this is a very different thing than actually realizing a sale. As soon as I met her in person, I felt that my house was in the right hands. Jessica let me know that I would be able to focus on my move and let her worry about what happened to the house afterwards. I felt so comfortable, I went ahead and did things she recommended that I suspect I might not have if I'd tried to sell on my own, such as painting and tree trimming. Sure enough, it was just a matter of a few weeks between listing and the sale. I felt I was in very good hands the entire way, and I was right. Jessica knows her market. I only could find one star to take away, and that was just because my first email went to her spam folder!

ZillowVERIFIED I had to choose between two good agents. Jessica got the job because she came first, and was very impressive in her presentation. Although the other agent was equally impressive, there was a comfort level with Jessica that told me to go with her. She nailed it for us!!! We sold at the price we targeted. When the AC suddenly didnt work the NIGHT BEFORE showings, Jessica had someone there fixing the problem within hours. She has a deep Rolodex and is an amazingly nice person to boot. After a previous, awful experience with a different realtor, I cant tell you how refreshing this whole encounter was. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Jessica for your selling or buying needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Jessica was recommended to us from another friend who recently bought a house with her help. She was amazing! Jessica asks detailed questions to find out exactly what you need, she responds quickly to all correspondence and has so much information to share. As we looked at houses, she paid attention to what we liked and didnt like and made better recommendations each time. She found the perfect house for our needs and helped us get the best deal possible! She also worked with our lender who was not as responsive and made sure that we had all the is dotted and ts crossed before closing! She also helped us sell our house and gave us great advice on how to list it and make it attractive to buyers. We ended us with 3 offers and were able to get more than our asking price! Jessica is a fabulous agent and I think of her now as a friend! She took great care of us through the whole process!
