I cannot recommend or say enough positive things about my experiences with Jessica Crocker. She helped me realize my dream of selling my home in GA so I could retire early in upstate NY in a more affordable area near my kids. I was extremely anxious going into this process. I knew what my home was worth according to market trends, but this is a very different thing than actually realizing a sale. As soon as I met her in person, I felt that my house was in the right hands. Jessica let me know that I would be able to focus on my move and let her worry about what happened to the house afterwards. I felt so comfortable, I went ahead and did things she recommended that I suspect I might not have if I'd tried to sell on my own, such as painting and tree trimming. Sure enough, it was just a matter of a few weeks between listing and the sale. I felt I was in very good hands the entire way, and I was right. Jessica knows her market. I only could find one star to take away, and that was just because my first email went to her spam folder!

Stacy is very professional, honest, and a great communicator. She made the home hunt stress free and exciting! She helped make the offer very competitive to get the home. I would 100% use her again!

Stacy is so amazing on every level. She visited my house several times before I listed it with her.
