ZillowVERIFIED I felt that we brought a huge headache to Mercedes when buying our first home. We had ZERO experience (as this was our first home purchase), an out-of-state lender, and an out-of-the-country seller. Mercedes helped by answering all of our questions to the best of her ability, and if there was something she was unable to answer, she had several well-experienced people surrounding her who assisted with finding the answers we needed. Mercedes did a great job at being available to us anytime we needed her and completed paperwork and communications in a timely manner. She was upfront and honest every step of the way (we greatly appreciated her honesty whether it was good news or bad news). She listened to our needs/wants and if it came down to it, she had our backs so to speak.I highly recommend Mercedes and will be looking her up for any other future purchases in the area. She may be less experienced than other realtors, but I feel that this benefited us during our purchase because she was eager, available and happy to assist us with making our first purchase happen. He came prepared knowing what was published on our home and a well thought out strategy to get more exposure and interest. We had an open conversation about the challenges of selling this property with his commitment to open communications around how to improve the sales experience of the potential buyers, and our need to understand the time and tools used to market the home.We did a complete top to bottom walk through of the home with a straight forward review of positive and negatives attributes.The professional pictures including the drone shot looked great. Jesse established multiple lines of communication for us and always responded quickly to our questions throughout the sales process start to finish. We appreciate the frequent feedback from potential buyers on the home which let us know how frequently the home was being shown. The negotiations around price and inspection were positive and effective leaving us feeling good about the people and process. We always felt that we were getting 100% from Jesse based on some of the blunt open conversations we had which we appreciated. We didn't need feel good feedback we wanted honest feedback quickly.
