Jessie is so real and knowledgeable! He was always very upfront about everything, which I greatly appreciated!! We asked Jessie to help us with a couple of difficult task and he went out of his way to take care of both for us, and for this I am very grateful!! We needed to close quickly, 8 business days from when we made our offer, and he made this happen! Also under the current COVID circumstances we wanted to complete the transaction 100% remotely and he also made this happen! Now I know every circumstance is different and this was something that he could accomplish with a cash purchase and a motivated seller, and I do know that he will let you know what he can and cant accomplish very clearly. Mercedes was very helpful in helping me find a home. I was a first time home buyer and she answered all the questions I had throught the process. It took a while before I found the right home and she was very patient with me. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
