There was not a time Jess didn't call me back promptly and answered all my questions. He was always kind and professional. He went above and beyond the call. Because we were in a rush and he had pictures taken quickly and no-one was available he even came out and mowed the lawn.

Depends on your loan terms and requirements. You will want to check with them as some loans require it to be your primary residence for a specified period of time.
