Jess was such an amazing help with selling my home. He was very detailed with helping me fine tune some things that needed to be done in preparation. He even helped me do some of those things as I was so busy helping my elderly mother during the process. He was so supportive, extremely helpful, and very professional. He made the process of selling my home so easy. I highly recommend him and will let anyone know that if theyre getting ready to sell their home, they should call Jess!!! Depends on your loan terms and requirements. You will want to check with them as some loans require it to be your primary residence for a specified period of time.
