In his spare time, Jeremiah enjoys going on adventures with his wife, Emily, 12 year old daughter Chloe and 2 year old Leah, such as hiking, biking, skating, traveling, swimming and many other activities. He is also a black belt in total defense and enjoys doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu here in Lynchburg. In the beginning I worked with all types of people and I still do but I like to focus on folks who have a real need to move up or downsize. Lynchburg is also full of investors and I do work with people looking to invest but we have to be a good fit. My business is primarily referral so I'm looking to build good relationships.
I helped a family of 7 get out of their home in the city in which they had grown out of and helped them move into the country so they could have some more space and the kids can go run! Love seeing the photos on Facebook
I started going into management at the restaurant I was working at. My grandfather was sick at the time so we had a lot of time to talk and he told me to get out. He had been on the restaurant business his whole life and said it was hard on a family. I asked him what he would have done differently and he said real estate. He ended up passing and a few weeks later a friend of mine told me I should get into the business so I took that as a hint form the Lord and got my license. Ended up quitting the restaurant a year later and the rest is history!
I am constantly learning about my field in one way or another. Reading is the main thing I do to keep up with things as well as all of the continuing education that we do. I have a real estate coach who assist me in my processes and overcoming challenges and that helps by making me better for my clients. I'm also in small groups with some of the top professionals in our area and a member of the board of directors.
