Matt is the reason I have my dream vacation home. After months of searching and being outbid I found still another home in VA that I was really interested in but after contacting the agent (Matt), I learned it had just sold, but he mentioned his client was getting ready to list her home the next day and it too checked all my boxes. The next day he took pictures on his phone of his clients home and I was ready to make an offer as soon as it officially went on the market later that day. Matt became my relator as well. As our dual realtor, Matt was able to share that another offer was placed same day as mine offering 5K more than any other bidder (like me he really wanted it). I made an offer of 5k less knowing that the seller would save money in relator fees. Matt spoke very highly of the seller, and I would like to think he may have spoke well of me to her because she accepted my offer over the other bidder the next day. Yes, the house sold in one day and all paperwork was complete within two days. I could have, and should have, lost the contract because I was waiting to close on a piece of business property in Ohio that I was selling to complete a 1031. The closing was set for 3 weeks when I signed the contract but with all the delays, it turned out to be 7 weeks. Because of Matts diligence in keeping the seller of the VA property informed (he called me weekly, not pushing just inquiring) of the status the seller was willing to give me more time. I love my new place and hope someday to meet the original owner to thank her for her patience. I believe it was her trust in Matt, as well as mine, that kept things moving forward.

Cold called Matt and in literally 30 days we were closing on a house. He showed up and did all the in town meetings for us and responded to texts, calls and emails immediately. Couldn't have had a smoother experience even if we had been in town. He even helped with suggestions for contractors and other things months after we closed and moved in. Highly Recommend!

Matthew was an absolute delight to work with! He helped my husband and I find our first home together- and made the process so easy.
