Linda is very genuine and compassionate agent. She always went above and beyond her responsibilities when she worked with us. She helped us to renovate our house and we sold the house at the maximum price we would hope for. She had a lot of resources and connection to help us to resolve any problems or issues came up during the process (from renovation, interior decoration for marketing, inspection and legal issues). She listened and worked with us to come with a best strategic plan to market our house to sell in the most difficult time (slow selling season in the fall, buyer market, surplus of house supply, high interest rate, not optimal location). She always worked and checked in with us from beginning to the end until we received our money after the disbursement process.
