GoogleReview Listen to me. If you're looking for a realtor and you're not talking to Dave Latina of the Jenny Maraghy Team, what are you even doing? Seriously. What are we doing here? After soft-looking in the Glen Allen area for a couple spring selling seasons, my family and I met Dave at an open house. He was manning it, looking smooth, doing his thing, and right then and there the universe spoke. Boom. Match made in heaven. Now, let's be honest. Buying a home in this market? It's an absolute emotional rollercoaster, okay? It's highs, it's lows, it's holding your breath, it's second-guessing everything. And when a couple of our deals fell through (which happens, life throws curveballs, it is what it is) Dave didn't blink. He was right there. Calm, collected, total rock. Zero pressure.
