We immediately went with Jennifer after interviewing her and she exceeded our expectations. The home buying process for us went very quickly, but we never felt rushed or pressured by her to pull the trigger on any property. She was extremely helpful in pointing things out to us when narrowing our search. We were able to narrow our search quickly and eliminate properties we were initially very interested in before wasting precious time with a walkthrough due to dealbreakers that were obvious to her but not so obvious to us until pointed out. This was also extremely helpful in walkthroughs where she pointed out major issues that we wouldnt have noticed, preventing us from making a choice that we would have certainly regretted. It made us ultimately super confident to eagerly put down an offer when we did find the home that we did fall in love with. She was also very helpful throughout the closing process in taking care of all of the details without any burden on us. Everything went off without a hitch and immediately, well before any deadlines in our contracts. She put us in touch with a particular inspector that she recommends for 1st time home buyers. This aspect was extremely helpful! He walked us through every part of an very thorough inspection in which we learned a TON about our future house (basically a short course on home care that we desperately needed). Based on a lot of our friends who have been through the house buying process in this area and have had less than stellar experiences with their realtors, we know how important having a great realtor is to the house buying process. We couldnt recommend Jennifer more! We look back and realize how freaking easy and stress free our house buying experience was when all we have heard from others is how awful the process is. ZillowVERIFIED Jennifer was outstanding at all points in the process. When I was starting to think about selling, she made herself available but was not at all pushy. When I wanted to actually get started, she walked through the house with me, noting good points and areas that could be improved. Only a few things in my house had been updated in the last 20 years, and two of the bathrooms dated to 1972. She recommended updates, with emphasis on the bathrooms, so all her recommendations made sense to me. She helped me find contractors and storage and moving services. I was pleased with the companies she recommended. She worked closely with the contractors to select paint, tile, fixtures, etc. that provided the most value in a sales situation. She even provided staff to help me get organized and start packing and cleaning out the house. She always responded quickly to all my communications (mostly email) and visited regularly during the fix-up and clean-out process. I was able to move out prior to listing the house, so she made daily visits after I left to check on things. When it came time to price the house, she recommended an amount a little lower than I had hoped for. I followed her recommendation and after four days had four offers -- all at or above the listing price. Thus, I ended up getting pretty much what I had hoped to receive in an extremely short time -- especially for Great Falls, where houses are more typically on the market for several months. The various inspection contingencies as we moved toward closing (house, pool, well, septic, water quality, radon, mold, termites) turned up assorted problems which could have been a nightmare since I had moved out of state, but Jennifer stayed on top of everything, kept me informed, and coordinated all the work that needed to be done so we could close on schedule. Jennifer is an amazing agent who works hard and provides great value.
