Herbert Riggs has been amazing from the get go. He helped sell my condo. I interviewed several different agents in this process, and I have never regretted my choice to move forward with Mr. Riggs. He was knowledgeable about the market. He was direct and straightforward. Honest and kind. He did NOT try to push me in any direction but gave appropriate guidance so that I could make decisions. He was very responsive to text messages or emails. He was always patient in answering my 10,000 questions. Condos are moving slower right now (as compared to stand alone homes) because of Covid, yet my condo was under contract in FIVE days for full asking price! The photos that were taken of my home were done professionally and show cased my condo beautifully. I had a number of neighbors comment on how good my listing looked. We were moving back to Virginia after being in San Antonio, Texas for one year. We decided to buy a house in Northern, VA but couldnt be here in person to view houses. We found Herbert through friends who were past clients of Herbs, and who highly recommended him. During our home buying process, Herbert was really the only reason we were able to find a home that we ended up loving. Herb went above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent- given his willingness to go to any home we thought we might be interested in and take pictures, send videos, give us full write-ups of his impression of the home and surrounding features. He worked with us during a time in the real estate market when houses were on and off the market in less than one business day, and being first-time home buyers with a small down payment and FHA loan we had little buying power. We were outbid on our first 11 offers! That means Herb went through the process with us more than 12 times (if you count the homes he viewed for us and that we didnt put an offer on) before we finally found our home.
