Jennifer was an absolute delight to work with!...very personable and a great listener. We've been working together since Spring this year, looking through many properties...her patience was remarkable. She honed in very quickly on what we wanted and tailored her searches to that, staying on top of new listings. Very responsive. Her intelligence and "watching our backs" was so very appreciated. She thought of things that I never would have. Also, fresh ideas and thinking outside the box come very naturally to her. Jennifer will ALWAYS be my family's realtor as long as she is willing! Highly, HIGHLY recommend this wonderful gal!

Being a first time home buyer is stressful. I was fortunate enough to connect with Jennifer. She took them time to make sure I was well informed throughout the buying process. With a difficult closing process Jennifer was available 7 days a week, and whenever I called she would answer. She has your best interest in mind and in todays world that isnt always the case. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.

Jennifer was knowledgeable about the real estate market, she had my house sold in 3 days. During the entire process she kept me informed of what was happening and would call me just to let me know everything was going well.I am elderly and she talked me through needed paper work, offered to drive me to the settlement and even offered suggestions on apartment rentals since I was not planning to buy another home.I felt very comfortable with her and she made the entire process of selling my home stress free.

Being a first time home buyer, I was very skeptical on what company/realtor to use. I was referred to Jennifer by a family member and our journey began. I cant explain how patient and amazing she was. We told Jen our Vision for our home and she did the rest. She was truly a blessing in disguise and I will never use nor refer any other person for the job besides Jennifer Dolby! We are now relaxing and enjoying our perfect home! Thanks Jen!

Jennifer was amazing! She was always available when I needed her. She was diligent and spent countless hours in finding my next home. She provided great advice when listing my house to sell and was able to do so swiftly. She handled the closings with ease and was able to coordinate closing dates for the same day. Jennifer went above and beyond for me making the entire process less stressful. I would highly recommend working with Jennifer.

If you want to assure yourself that you are represented by someone that is relentless, attentive and always looking out for your best interest, then look no further. Jenn went through the ups and downs with us during the whole process and made sure we were happy in the end. Our situation was unique and it took time and patience to get everything worked out but in the end, we walked away from this experience with selling our home and purchasing a new one that we wanted. Jenn's attention to detail was unmatched and her dedication shows. Thank you to Berkshire and Jenn for making this happen!
