Despite only getting paid when you close on a house, Jeff doesn't pressure you to make the deal. If it doesn't seem like a good fit, or there are things to worry about, he'll actually recommend against going forward. Jeff's competent, responsive, and trustworthy.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff was very helpful in finding condos and sent me new listings every week. He found the right condo for me and notified me as soon as it came up on the market. No pictures were posted and not much info for the unit but he knew it was a gem and encouraged me to make time to tour the house before the first open house. I saw it and had to make an offer immediately because it was very hot condo. We were in a bidding war but Jeff helped us win even after we were outbid by $10k. Jeff was great throughout the entire process and if I were ever to buy a house or condo in the Seattle area again, I would work with him.

As soon as we met Jeff we knew he was the one to help us, as he is extraordinarily responsive, efficient, and just an all around nice person. He sat with my husband and I for nearly 2 hours on our first meeting, just to go over the process of buying a house and answering our questions, before we even committed to using him as out relator. Once we got going he was always on top of things. He was NEVER pushy and always tried to keep us in our budget, even having to reel us back to realty on occasion. That was a huge part of what made the experience great - we never felt that he was trying to get us to buy a house, but rather he was there to help us sort through everything and offered excellent advice. In the home-buying process, he always made us feel like the most important people in the world. Entering the home buying process, we were quite casual- maybe in 2-3 months, we'd be in the market to buy a house. Jeff could have easily cast us off for some lower hanging fruit, but our sauntering pace was of no consequence. He used the time to learn about us- not only what we wanted in a house, but also got to know our family. Our two-year old "Anna banana" always greets and says goodbye to him with a hug... I like to think my daughter is a good judge of character. It's just the guy he is. He is realistic in setting expectations and timelines and gives knowledgeable advice when asked. He's always punctual, takes less than 1 minute to respond to any text/call/email and makes the home buying process clean and streamlined. You can't go wrong with him on your side. Consider yourself lucky if you have the opportunity to work with him.
