I used Jeff from Queen Ann Real Estate as my buyers agent. This is my 5th home purchase and Jeff was the best agent I've had by far. I've always had to schedule my own services, inspection, repair, etc. This is the first time I've ever experienced an agent taking care of those small details that are a big headache in the homebuying experience. I always thought, in this digital age, that real estate agents are going by the wayside. Jeff's service proved me wrong. If you're every in need of the best agent in Seattle, or know someone who's looking, hit him up. You won't regret it. Thanks Jeff

Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is patient and thorough with first-time home buyers like myself. He is responsive and has a deep understanding of Seattle RE. I was introduced to Jeff by a friend, and within a month had an accepted offer on my dream home! He helped me craft a competitive offer that won against two higher bids. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy a home in Seattle!

Jeff was a pleasure to work with, his energetic friendly attitude and professionalism where constantly at the forefront during the sales process. Living overseas and trying to sell the house I had major concerns with communications. Not only did Jeff alleviate those challenges he went above and beyond. Making himself available in the middle of the night on some occasions, due to time zone differences, and embracing multiple forms of technology. Jeffs hard work paid off in the end and we successfully sold the house. Jeff can be assured, if and when I sell my next home, he will be my agent of choice.

Jeff is a "go getter" from start to finish. He is aggressive and passionate in his work ensuring the best outcome for his clients. You can fully trust that he will have your best interest at heart. We couldn't be more pleased with his assistance, selling our home as quickly as he did.

Jeff was a valuable partner and broker on my home buying experience. He was able to close in < 20 days, provide a reimbursement on my closing costs, and generate a competitive offer in under a day that ended up winning on my home.
