He suggested staging the property and this helped tremendously in getting several offers after only 1 showing once the property was placed on the market. Once I decided on an offer to pick, Jeff was instrumental in working with the buyer and keeping me up to date on the process. When the buyer's inspection found an issue in the bathroom, Jeff helped me to find contractors to fix the issue and return the bathroom to a desirable condition. During this phase of the process, I feel that Jeff did a great job in being available at the condo for the contractors to do the required work, when I was not available to be there. This was, I believe, critical to closing the sale of the condo. In the end, I was happy with the sale and was very pleased with the agreed-on sales price with the buyer. He showed around several neighbor cities including the city that my husband's new job place was in, since we were not quite sure which place could fit better for us. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, informative, communicative and attentive throughout the process. It took almost 6 months until we finally bought our house(Thanks goodness just before our short term lease ends!) after checking almost every type of housings over several cities. Jeff never showed tiredness when I asked numerous(!) questions at different times a day. He always answered my questions with his great knowledge and always got back to me with plenty of resources. A mortgage lender, Lisa Lau at Citi Bank that Jeff introduced was also excellent as well, providing probably the lowest mortgage rate+ great information on our needs. Jeff introduced all the different contractors for our projects for our new home upon my inquiry. We used several realtors in past years in a different State. ZillowVERIFIED Jeff Fisher is simply the BEST! I have worked with him on several occasions, including the purchase of a home in Pasadena for my son and his family, as well as on my own behalf. About a year and a half ago I bought a lovely condominium apartment in Pasadena through him, which sale went through very smoothly. However, I recently saw another apartment in the same building that came up for sale that was even better and decided I wanted to buy that one and sell the first. I contacted Jeff, who was on vacation with his family in Hawaii at the time, and he said he would help me with the new purchase as well as the sale of the old one. Even though he was on vacation at the time, he nonetheless made himself fully available to assist with this transaction, completely accessible, and he successfully helped negotiate a better price for the purchase. Upon his return he immediately arranged for my old apartment to be placed on the market, and engaged an excellent photographer (a number of my friends commented on how great the photos were). He found a full offering price buyer, despite a more challenging interest rate environment, and we closed on the old home about a month after buying the new one, which was much better than I would have expected. All in all, an excellent experience! I HIGHLY recommend him, whether you want to buy or sell a property (or both!)!
