We have nothing but thanks for the great job our realtors Hazel Perera and Armen Sarkissian did in helping us prepare our house and ultimately finding 3 buyers to make offers. This happened after the Eaton fire when the entire housing market was depressed in our area. They provided workers, painters, movers, and staging to increase the attractiveness of the property. We just sat back and watched them work. The ultimate price was more than fair and came well within the timing we needed for moving to our new home. They are highly recommended for anyone trying to sell in this market.
