You've found an amazing agent in Hazel!

I worked with Hazel Perara of the SARKISSIAN + PERERA GROUP to buy a condo in Pasadena, CA. Hazel was amazing to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable about Pasadena real estate, and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Buying a home is a high stakes decision and the process has a lot of complexities. Working with Hazel gave me peace of mind because she is experienced at guiding people through this process. She did a great job representing my interests in the deal, and she kept me informed every step of the way about what to expect and what I needed to do to make sure we proceeded through escrow smoothly. I highly recommend Hazel Perera if you're looking to buy or sell a home in Pasadena or nearby areas."

I had an excellent experience working with the Sarkissian Perera group on the sale of my triplex in Pasadena, CA. Armen was professional, strategic and responsive throughout the entire process. His knowledge and guidance made the complicated transaction seamless,. and I always felt confident he was looking out for my best interest. I would highly Armen and Hazel to anyone looking for an experience and thoughtful real estate team.

We just closed on our home in Valley Village, using Jeff as our selling agent. We are located out of state and he made the process easy and straight forward. Jeff was extremely helpful in guiding us the entire way. We would definitely use him again.

I could not be more satisfied with Armen Sarkissian! I handed his team, the Sarkissian + Perera Group, a very challenging older house to sell, and they totally exceeded my expectations. We sold our house in the Cypress Park neighborhood in Los Angeles for much more than I anticipated! Armen and Hazel oversaw all of the improvements prior to listing, advised on which fixes would improve the sale value and which were not necessary, and managed everything from the staging to the negotiations in a way that took the stress off of me during a busy time in my life. They were always responsive to issues that arose in the home-selling process and utilized the wisdom theyve accumulated in their careers to help me make informed decisions. I will be using this team again for sure!
