FAQ
My best advice for any homebuyer — whether you’re purchasing your first home or upgrading to a larger property in Lincoln, CA or the surrounding Placer County area — is to start with a clear plan and the right team. Get pre-approved with a trusted local lender so you know exactly what you can afford, and be ready to act quickly in today’s competitive market. Work with an experienced Lincoln Realtor who understands neighborhood trends, schools, and hidden opportunities.
I also recommend making a list of your “must-haves” versus “nice-to-haves” so you stay focused on your long-term goals rather than getting distracted during showings. Finally, remember that buying a home is both a financial and emotional decision — rely on your Realtor to negotiate the best deal and protect your interests, so you can enjoy the excitement of finding the perfect home for your family.
If you’re preparing to sell your home in Lincoln, CA or Placer County, the most important step is to make your property stand out from the competition. Start by pricing it strategically — homes that are priced correctly from the beginning attract more qualified buyers and sell faster. Presentation also matters: invest time in staging, professional photos, and curb appeal so your home looks its absolute best online and in person.
Work with a local Realtor who knows the Lincoln market to create a customized marketing plan that targets today’s buyers through MLS, social media, and AI-driven platforms. I always advise sellers to highlight the unique features of their property — whether it’s a golf course view, updated kitchen, or a family-friendly neighborhood — and to be flexible with showings so buyers can easily fall in love with the home. With the right preparation and expert guidance, you can maximize your sales price and move on to your next chapter with confidence.
I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients in the Lincoln, CA and Placer County real estate market. Many of my clients are self-employed professionals and entrepreneurs who need an agent that understands the unique challenges of financing and scheduling around a busy business. I also specialize in helping families in transition — from growing families needing more space to empty nesters looking to downsize or simplify their lifestyle.
Because every client’s situation is different, my focus is on creating a personalized plan that makes the process smooth, whether it’s buying a first home, upgrading, or preparing for a new chapter in life.
I recently helped a family friend sell their childhood home in Lincoln, CA after their parents had passed, which was held in a family trust with multiple siblings involved. In addition to coordinating the cleanup, repairs, and trust sale process, I created an extensive digital marketing campaign that featured a unique 1950s I Love Lucy–themed video. The marketing went viral with national attention, and the home sold in just one week.
What could have been a complicated and emotional transaction turned into a stress-free, smooth sale for the family. As a personal touch, I also created memory books for each sibling so they could cherish their connection to the home for years to come.
My journey into real estate began with a deep love for helping families and building community in Lincoln, CA and the greater Placer County area. Early on, I saw how buying or selling a home was often one of the most emotional and important decisions people make in their lives. I felt called to be the person who could guide clients through those transitions with compassion, professionalism, and expert advice.
As a mom and wife, I understood firsthand how much a home means — it’s more than walls and a roof, it’s where memories are made and futures are built. That perspective shaped the way I built my business. From my very first clients — a young couple buying their starter home — to the many families I now help downsize, relocate, or invest, I’ve always focused on listening to their story and tailoring the process to their unique needs.
Over the years, my passion grew into a career where I now have the privilege of being recognized as a trusted Lincoln Realtor, known for personal service, local expertise, and creative marketing strategies. Real estate isn’t just my profession — it’s my purpose, and I’m grateful every day to help clients turn their next chapter into reality.
I bring a unique blend of formal education and advanced training that directly benefits my real estate clients in Lincoln, CA and Placer County. I hold a degree in Communications and Marketing, which allows me to create powerful listing strategies and digital campaigns that help homes sell faster and for top dollar.
To sharpen my negotiation skills, I completed the Harvard Business School Certification in Negotiation Mastery, giving me advanced expertise in securing the best terms for buyers and sellers in competitive markets. I also maintain specialized real estate designations, including:
RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) – advanced training in client advocacy and deal-making.
SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) – certified knowledge in helping homeowners and investors navigate distressed properties.
By combining marketing expertise, Harvard-level negotiation training, and real estate certifications, I provide my clients with a strategic edge and peace of mind in every transaction.

How can I do a market comparison?
Don't do an appraisal yet!!! A local agent will usually do a free Comparative Market Analysis, called a CMA. This will give you a great idea of what your home can sell for.

If my area redistricts schools can I still get in a school?
You will need to keep a watch on this. There is no guarantee that a child can get into a specific school or that the school boundaries will remain the same. IF the boundaries do indeed change by the time your child is in school, there are workarounds. There are ways to do an interdistrict transfer, so talk to your school district to see if this is a possibility for you.

How long should I have to wait before relist my house?
You can list it 24 hours later but the Days on Market will keep clicking on. Our MLS is 30 days off market for a reset of the Days on Market. Talk to a realtor to find out what the time frame is to restart the Days on Market in your MLS area.
