Lichman Group & Realty Capital City

Kari was an amazing realtor to work with from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. She always had our best interests in mind and went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. Her communication was excellent, and she was always available to answer questions or offer guidance when we needed it. We truly felt supported throughout the entire experience. We would absolutely recommend Kari to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I used them for selling my previous house and then buying a new one. They were very thorough and with me every step of the process. Got me TOP dollar on the sale. And helped me get into a great new home.

Jason and Kari are wonderful to work with. They are both extremely knowledgeable, were a good sounding board on our options, and very timely in their responses to questions and working with the buyers. They kept us on track through our buying process five years ago, and our selling process now, and kept us up to date on the local housing market in between. We appreciated their integrity and would absolutely recommend them.

I would recommend Kari and Jason a million times over. They helped us purchase our first home, sell that home and find our forever home. The amount of effort and care they put into their clients is immeasurable. If you want realtors that go the extra mile, Kari and Jason are it! Buying a first home and selling it can be a daunting task, but any questions, at any time of day, were always answered with great explanation. After taking us to lots of houses to find the perfect one, they helped to get the best deal on the perfect home for us. We are immensely grateful for Kari and Jason and their expertise of the Austin area.

Kari and Jason were the absolute best. (And I'm a commercial broker myself so I can be pretty discerning!) They went above and beyond to sell the house including coordinating of a contactor for repairs, and jumping through hoops when the buyer requested an early closing and we weren't quite prepared. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They communicated often and well. We couldn't have been happier!
