ZillowVERIFIEDDee sold our home quickly and efficiently! Our home had been listed for sale previously with a different agent and FSBO for 5 months with zero traffic. As soon as We loved with Dee, we had 6 offers within one week! We loved that she was down to earth and also down to business!! We would use her again in the future every single time!
ZillowVERIFIEDThere are not enough "stars" to rate Dee Hays! Selling our home after living in it for 24 years and raising our family there was overwhelming, stressful and an emotional roller coaster. Having Dee as our agent turned out to be more than we expected. Dee's extensive knowledge along with her sincere desire to help us made this transition easier than we could have ever imagined. From day 1 until closing it's been a blessing having Dee as our Realtor. Dee had a genuine way of reassuring us that all would work out even when there were unforeseen bumps in the road. We were extremely impressed and we highly recommend Dee Hays!
ZillowVERIFIEDDee was very responsive and went above and beyond my expectations. She is always thorough and helped me to understand not only my options throughout the process, but also developed a winning strategy to help us sell our existing home.
ZillowVERIFIED9 years ago we wanted to sell or rent our house. At first we gave it to an agent from Keller Williams for three months. That three months was big mess for us. No update or no news from agent. After many frustrated conversations, we found a flyer at our Doorstep. I Think it was a wonderful Miracle for us. Yes Dee and Jim Hays are wonderful Real Estate Agents to work with. They brought two wonderful tenants for our house and both kept the house like a brand new home. Moreover when we told about 3 months ago that, we want to sell the house. Believe it or not, they brought the Buyer in 9 days, contract signed 11th day. My wife and I cannot imagine anyone can do the job like Hays did to us. We just don't find a better word in dictionary to describe our satisfactions. We highly recommend Hays.
ZillowVERIFIEDDee was recommended by a family friend. This wasn't the usual home search as my wife and I were not able to "look " at the same time. Dee spent dozens of hours working with us individually, emailing at all times to help us maximize the most of our time while looking. We found our dream home, provided Dee with our maximum offer...not only did she negotiate the price 20k lower than i was willing to pay. I got blinds throughout, a refrigerator and some modifications I had asked about. It was a great experience and we now consider Dee a friend. You cant make a mistake by selecting her.
ZillowVERIFIEDOne of the best realtors we've used. Dee is very attentive, organized, knowledgeable and dependable. Was a GREAT buying experience. Would highly recommend for your next realtor!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen our house failed to sell after being listed with another realtor, we retained Dee. From the beginning, we found her responsive, knowledgeable and energetic. She pointed out flaws in the prior realtor's approach and suggested additional ways to make our house more marketable. She gave us honest, realistic feedback. We are happy to recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDDee Hays went above and beyond what most real estate agents do. She made the transition as smooth as possible. We really appreciate her and all the work she did for us. She listed and sold our home and helped us find a new home.
ZillowVERIFIEDDee is great! I've bought one house and sold two with Dee and I will use her again should I need to. Her customer service is unmatched by anyone in the business. She works for you to get you the best prices regardless or selling or buying.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy advice is stop reading this post and go hire Dee immediately! My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Dee 2 years ago to buy our first home in Texas. She has helped many of our friends and my wifes co-workers sell their homes and find their perfect fit homes.Working with Dee is not like any typical realtor relationship. I have worked with realtors all over the country both personal and in my career. Dee is a category of her own. She has the perfect balance of being more of a friend and mentor than trying to sell you. Dee listens to what you want and need, she lets you go through the experience, and makes sure to guide you to ensure you have all the facts and dont have any hidden items. Looking for our home with Dee was more like looking for a new home with a lifelong friend. Dee is one of those rare individuals you will quickly connect with and have almost an instant trust with her. If you are in the market to buy or sell any real estate do not make any deals until you meet with Dee. I promise you will not regret it!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe have had wonderful experiences with Dee. We were referred to her when we found out we were moving to the Dallas area. Dee helped us quickly find a house in our short time frame. Then when it was time to move again she helped us sale quickly. Dee will definitely be our agent when we are ready to move back. Dee's services far exceeded any of the agents we have worked with in the past.
ZillowVERIFIEDHave moved 7 times through the years and Dee is the best we have worked with. Exceptionally knowledgeable about all facets of the buying and selling process, Dee saved us significant money in our negotiations when we purchased our home in Craig Ranch. Knows the N. Dallas area and its builders cold. With a good sense of humor, Dee is fun to work with. Would highly recommend whether buying or selling.
ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are looking to sell or buy your home, Dee Hays is your realtor. Dee is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. She has a cheery disposition and a can-do attitude. After a disappointing year with other realtors, Dee came through for us and brought us multiple offers in the first two weeks! She made the closing process go as smooth as silk. Thank you Dee!
