We had noticed condos in our complex sitting for a while before selling at or below asking. In addition to what we thought was a tough sell, our condo also had a large pending special assessment. We had also never sold a home before. I decided to reach out to Janie because she had sold the condo above us and I was hoping to find a realtor that was familiar with our complex.Janie and her associate Liz brought in a very realistic and encouraging perspective. Janie called me almost instantly after I contacted her through zillow, and we talked through the details of the condo. She was very warm, understanding, and knowledgable about tricky condo sales. She quickly performed a very sophisticated comp analysis of other condos in our area and presented me with a favorable number of what we could expect to get. We ended up receiving an offer 15K over asking within the first 24 hours of the condo going on market. We also had a backup offer for the same amount. Every step of the way Janie and Liz were there to answer our questions and update us on the progress of our offer. We never had to sit and wonder what the next step was.
