Soldera Properties, Inc

Kinsley recently helped me buy my first home in Sherwood OR. It was an entirely new process for me and Kinsley made it as smooth as possible, I could not recommend her more highly. She always made sure I knew what the next steps would be and was happy to answer all the questions I had about the home-buying process. I really appreciated that she was always proactive to schedule next steps and she was incredibly responsive no matter the time of day. She coordinated with the seller, HOA, inspection professionals, etc. in the background, streamlining the process for me so the whole purchase really did feel smooth and far easier than I expected. This was a complicated and stressful process, but Kinsley made it simple and easy.

Kinsley was great to work with. She filled in for our realtor just as our house hit the market and absolutely knocked it out of the park. She handled the open house, fielded calls from realtors, communicated with us frequently, and help kick off the sale of our house! Kinsley was knowledgeable about the process and didn't hesitate at all with communicating with other realtors. One of her best qualities is how intentional she is with people. She is a smart and trustworthy person who gives you her full attention when you interact with her. Kinsley was responsive to all of our questions and concerns and communicated very effectively. Also an added benefit for her was that she knew Wilsonville very well, which is where our house sold from. I would highly recommend Kinsley if you are looking for a realtor.

Working with Kinsley made this process a breeze! As first-time homebuyers, we came into this process greener than most and Kinsley was so great at explaining things along the way. Equipped with many connections in the industry and keen negotiation skills, she ensured we got our house for the best value!

I cannot recommend Kinsley enough! She went above and beyond to help me find and secure my dream home. Her communication was stellar, she was always available when needed and made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth. I am so grateful for her expertise and support. I will definitely be using her for future homes and have already recommend her to friends looking to buy or sell. Thanks again, Kinsley! - Charlie :)

We live in Austin, TX, and wanted to move to Portland, OR, but couldnt be up there to look at houses. Kinsley Dart of Soldera Properties, Inc. worked with us for months as we tried to find just the right house. There were several false starts for various reasons but we just closed on just the right house. Through it all, Kinsley was not only very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, she remained friendly, upbeat and kind. Shes even lined up contractors to do some work to it before we move in. We cant recommend Kinsley highly enough!
