First thing to do is to speak with a Lender to get your prequalification letter which involves having your credit ran and determining your ability to purchase and pay back the loan. If you don't know a great lender, then you should call me for references who can handle you specific type of purchase.Most buyers think they should only speak with one lender....which is not correct. I recommend you speak with at least 2-3 lenders to make sure you are getting the best interest rate and the best loan acquisition costs.
