Have a home inspection & from the results, conduct the necessary repairs, declutter, organize, clean & prepare the Home to present to prospective buyers as "move-in ready" condition. Price the Home properly to the current Market. Maximize access, exposure & marketing of the Home. And above all else, confidently contract with Vylla Home & myself as your trusted real estate agent.
