ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Fain impressed us greatly in his handling the sale of our current home and in negotiating with the estate of the home we were interested in purchasing. We have dealt with various realtors/agents in the 6-7 years we've tried to sell our home. He is, hands down, the BEST agent we've dealt with. We listed with Coldwell Bankers once before and the experience was pitiful. The agent never returned our calls. We felt like we were just 'advertising' Coldwell with their sign on our property. We were reluctant to list with Coldwell in this occasion but because of word of mouth and family name, we chose to list. I can only say this was the BEST exchange ... not because our property sold ... but, because of Mr. Fain's professionalism, attention to detail and 100% attentiveness. Again and again. That's how often I'll recommend Coldwell ... but, will add, try to secure Mr. Jim Fain as your agent.
