No matter what day of the week, Jake was willing to drive out and meet us at the drop of a hat to look at a home we really liked! Review Jake Guerin was amazing from start to finish. He was truly interested in making sure we found a home that suited our needs to a aEURoeTaEUR? and that things went as smooth as possible. He had great strategy to make sure we got the house we wanted, and was a rockstar at negotiations. He is extremely knowledgeable and made sure the seller didnt get to take advantage of us. He insisted that the home inspections be done by a another company (instead of the sellers) who caught a lot of things that the first company missed (including some pretty serious water damage that could have cost us $1000s in the future). In addition to being an awesome real estate, he is truly just a great guy. We have 1.5yo twin boys who he helped us with when we went to look at houses (and our boys loved him!). He worked around their nap schedules as well. I really cant say enough great things about him. We will definitely be recommending him to friends and family in the future. His company (Worley Real Estate) also seemed great. His staff got us paperwork that was needed immediately and was very responsive to emails and questions.

Review I would have given 6 stars, if I could. Vincent is a through professional and gentleman. He held his side of the bargain and guided me thru the sale process, even though I threw few curve balls and took the house off of market for a while. He was honest in his opinions and diligent in his processing. I would unequivocally recommend him for the sale /purchase of real estate. If I had to do it again, I would not even look for someone else.

Review I find Jake to be extremely ethical, honest and responsive. He worked diligently to get me into the house I wanted. I never felt pressured and always felt he had my best interest when looking at homes up until we found the home I just purchased. He responded quickly to any questions or concerns, almost always within minutes. I always knew what steps were being taken and what those steps entailed. There were never any surprises other than the extra steps he took above and beyond. This is textbook on how you build and maintain a loyal customer base.

Review At first we had a little problem getting the house shown because of the tenant who was not always cooperative. Jake Worley told us the home would sell fast as soon as the tenant was gone---he was right!! We had an offer within one week. In dealing with other RE Agents in the past we did not always get the fast email response or the quick return phone call that we did with Jake. We did not grade the negotiation skills as this was as this was a minor part of the process.We enjoyed VERY MUCH dealing with Mr Worley and would highly recommend him and his firm.

Jake Worley and Team Worley are the perfect example of such an agency. We first worked with Jake Worley in 2015 when he handled the sale of an investment property for us in the Parkway area. When we decided to sell a second property this year we immediately contacted Jake to handle the sale. He was very helpful from the start in determining the best way to market the house, including establishing the fair market value. From the signing of the listing to the close of escrow Jake and his team handled everything in a professional and timely manner. He is very knowledgeable about neighborhoods as well as the Market. You ask a question and he'll give you answer that is straight to the point. If you're looking for a realtor that is friendly, punctual, a great negotiator, and will not waste your time, then this is your person.
