ZillowVERIFIEDMr. McClung is a highly competent, ethical, informed and motivated realtor who expertly identified a property that was perfect for us; helped us present a strong and competitive offer, and closed the deal in a very fast and efficient manner. We have successfully worked with Mr. McClung on 4 property purchases and I would not consider using anyone else. I highly recommend Mr. McClung and value his depth and breadth of knowledge, consul and friendship.
ZillowVERIFIEDHunter is the absolute best! His knowledge of Lexington and surrounding communities is impressive. Having grown up in the area, Hunter has local area expertise and personally knows property histories. He has outstanding communication and responded to all of my emails/texts and questions of different properties as they came on the market. As we went through homes, he learned what we were looking for and then he found it! When viewing homes with Hunter, we were so impressed with his knowledge of home building and restoration projects. Hunter pointed out concerns the inspection would uncover (before we got the inspection)! We met with a builder to discuss possible renovations needed and Hunter had pointed out all the necessary work before the builder got there. He was spot on! Very professional, reliable, honest and friendly. Highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDHunter was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting us in buying our first home. He knows the Lexington area very well. He is honest and gives thorough and reasonable advice. I would definitely suggest contacting Hunter if you are purchasing a home in the Lexington/Rockbridge area.
ZillowVERIFIEDHunter was proactive and supportive. Went above and beyond to get my house sold. Very impressed with him and his skills. He knew the local market and other brokers. Very patient with me and most importantly very responsive when I had questions. I would without hesitation recommend Hunter.
ZillowVERIFIEDHunter was helpful and reliable. I highly recommend using Hunter for your real estate needs. We had a great experience with Hunter as our agent. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about the process as well as the home.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe could not have been more fortunate to have been referred to Hunter. We came from out of state knowing nothing about the area but had some historic properties we were interested in seeing. Hunter was an incredible resource of knowledge having grown up in the area and so familiar with various locations, property history and all other local areas we considered viewing. What impressed me most was that he was able to schedule and get us into the four homes we had researched but after getting to know us and seeing our preferences he got us in to see four other listings he knew of without delay that we had not considered. Hunter works smart and made great use of our time. Very knowledgeable and honest, was a pleasure to get to know and work with. Can?t recommend him more highly.
ZillowVERIFIEDFound Hunter online from 4 hours away. He worked with us to narrow a search for land and then made himself available on several trips up to see the listed properties. He spent so much time with us, we gained a new friend in the process and our purchase was relatively small considering it was land only. Hunter knows the area and was extremely helpful in providing us very valuable information helping us make the decision. Now that we have land in Lexington, we still keep in touch with Hunter and make it a point to try and go to lunch when we are in town. You wont find a better agent anywhere!
ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot recommend Hunter highly enough - he knows this area and the inventory of homes. He really listened to what we said we wanted in a home and was extremely patient as our family used the weekends and limited time we had when we could come in town to cover as much ground as possible. He is knowledgeable about construction and never failed to speak up when he noticed anything about a home in terms of condition that we may not have seen or considered. When we found the home we wanted, Hunter helped us all the way until closing and even offered to let us visit our future home while we were waiting so we could start imagining how to make it ours. Hunter is a well-respected member of this community as well and his referrals have been invaluable, Ive been saying, Hunter referred me! quite a lot lately and if you are looking at property in Lexington or Rockbridge County, let me refer you to Hunter!
