JF Brown Real Estate

Mr. McClung is a highly competent, ethical, informed and motivated realtor who expertly identified a property that was perfect for us; helped us present a strong and competitive offer, and closed the deal in a very fast and efficient manner. We have successfully worked with Mr. McClung on 4 property purchases and I would not consider using anyone else. I highly recommend Mr. McClung and value his depth and breadth of knowledge, consul and friendship.

Hunter is the absolute best! His knowledge of Lexington and surrounding communities is impressive. Having grown up in the area, Hunter has local area expertise and personally knows property histories. He has outstanding communication and responded to all of my emails/texts and questions of different properties as they came on the market. As we went through homes, he learned what we were looking for and then he found it! When viewing homes with Hunter, we were so impressed with his knowledge of home building and restoration projects. Hunter pointed out concerns the inspection would uncover (before we got the inspection)! We met with a builder to discuss possible renovations needed and Hunter had pointed out all the necessary work before the builder got there. He was spot on! Very professional, reliable, honest and friendly. Highly recommend!

Hunter was great. He always provided me with the information I needed. He hustled and was responsive to my requests. He had to go above and beyond the call of duty due to circumstances beyond his control. He also has provided me great local resources to help me settle into a new area.

Hunter was an excellent agent for my husband and I. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and totally went above and beyond. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Selling a home (a farm in our case) is hugely stressful and he truly guided us through the process and made it infinitely easier.

Hunter was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting us in buying our first home. He knows the Lexington area very well. He is honest and gives thorough and reasonable advice. I would definitely suggest contacting Hunter if you are purchasing a home in the Lexington/Rockbridge area.
