So I hung up and then a few minutes later I get a text saying "bad connection ill call you within the hour." He never called and its been 2 days. He didnt care about me and what i had to say. I don't know how he has such high stars. Very unprofessional.

In our case of purchasing a home we initially bought a house we had to back out of due to a deceiving owner but with that house our market has more people looking for houses then houses available. Henry was able to talk the agent into letting us view the house within hours of it hitting the market and had an offer in and excepted within 24 hours! Unfortunately the owner wasn't upfront about renters living in the house with them not moving until the summer so we ended up backing out because we needed a house now not 6 months later. We found an even better home for us a week later. We saw the house on the day of it's open house and Henry's great skills got us an excepted offer within 2 hours of submitting. He is professional yet down to earth and honest on what he thinks about the house not just trying to sell you a box of sticks for a payday =). we would 100% reccomend him to anyone looking to buy! And would definitely call him next time we are in the market

ZillowVERIFIED Henry is a master craftsman. He has an uncanny ability to read the client and find the exact house to fit the home buyer. Very fortunate from the get-go to have done a random search on Zillow and had customer service call me up and connect me immediately with one of their preferred real-estate agents that was representing the listing I was looking at at that time. We went completely away from my initial search, but that was only after I explained my situation. Henry, who by the way, was the first and ONLY agent to have ever sounded GENUINE and interested in my current housing problem need than most agents I spoke to in the past who were extremely rude and short with me. We spent the first week none stop looking online and at different homes that I fit my specifics and the following week went to look at two. Next thing, we submitted a bid and I now am sitting so comfortable in my new home, happier than I could have ever been. It was our first home purchase so we were unsure of the process and even more unsure of the decision to buy it, without being there to physically look at it.
