12 Man Real Estate

Very responsive to your needs and wants. Don't be surprised if he contacts you or shows up unexpectedly to show you your interests in properties. Yes he did ecetera.

I was trying to get help buying a house and this man is very rude. I was given him through this website and he just said "hello" and then stopped talking. So I hung up and then a few minutes later I get a text saying "bad connection ill call you within the hour." He never called and its been 2 days. He didnt care about me and what i had to say. I don't know how he has such high stars. Very unprofessional.

Will never recommend!! Buyer especially first time buyer beware! This man will take advantage of you any chance he gets! Deception at its finest and not in the buyers best interest! He knew the house ...

Henry was very helpful in the home buying process. He was readily available and went beyond normal expectation. Strongly recommended! I enjoyed working with him and his expertise was invaluable in my decision to purchase a home in Lacey. His assistant Melissa is very helpful also!

The key to getting excellent results when looking for and purchasing a house is having a real estate professional who has outstanding negotiation skills, knowledge of the local housing market, and diligence.; Henry Jorquera has provided all the above and is highly recommended for your Real Estate needs.
