Haythem was very in tune with my particular needs as a first time home buyer in DC. Right when I was about to give up because of the limited availability, Haythem came through with a gem of a property with a killer assumable mortgage rate. Now I'm in a home that cost less than the average rent and my mortgage rate is 2.5% for life.
