We worked with Vicky and her team to sell our home and buy a new one, and they are the absolute best. Vicky is a master in the home sale business. She let us know exactly what to expect in the process, and was able to accurately estimate how much we would make in the sale of our house. Her team helped us stage our home to look its best for sale, and the marketing materials were beautiful (and included drone photos of our home). She was very helpful and responsive any time we had questions, and was always available to take our calls. We had a few bumps in the process with offers/contracts that fell through, but Vicky always kept a positive attitude and let us know that the right buyers were out there. When the right offer arrived, Vicky negotiated it to work perfectly for us. Her warm, caring personality really helped make everyone walk away from the transaction feeling like winners and like their needs were heard and understood. I can't recommend Vicky more - you won't be disappointed!

Vicky is a phenomenal blend of outgoing, professional, and strategic. We interviewed a few real estate agents, and we were both immediately most comfortable with Vicky to sell our house. Some realtors clearly cut costs by taking low cost videos and photos. Not Vicky! She ensures the photos, videos, and drone footage of the property are best in class. She is an expert marketing professional.Vicky also knows the VA real estate contract backwards and forwards, which is a huge advantage when negotiating contract terms. In real estate, there are hobbyists and professionals. Vicky is a true professional with a great team to support her...and YOU. We would absolutely work with Vicky again, no questions asked. I think it is safe to say we have our realtor for as long as we live in Northern Virginia!
