ZillowVERIFIED Ernst from Gitta Sells Realty was terrific in every step assisting my girlfriend and I in selling our investment property in the Villages. Ernst is a great communicator who kept us very well informed of every agent that was showing our home and the results of the showing. We could not be happier with hiring Ernst to list and sell our home and would highly recommend Gitta Sells Realty to any future individual that wants to sell their home quickly, for a good price, with a very professional coming any. ZillowVERIFIED If you need a place to live or have a place to sell in central Florida, you have to call Ernst Urbainczyk. He and his wife Gitta at Gitta Sells & Associates are among the most excellent real estate agents my wife and I have ever worked with. And we are now pleased to number them among our dear friends. After living through many Wisconsin winters, we decided to check out the possibility of retiring in Florida. A close relative had just purchased a home through Ernst and gave us glowing recommendations. We are glad he did. Ernst is a great listener. He lined up and showed us several homes that met all of our criteria. He guided us through a very difficult market, gave wise advice, and negotiated our purchase of an excellent home. We give him the strongest recommendation possible. If you want to put your central Florida real estate transaction in good hands, you won?t go wrong with Ernst as your advocate and your guide!

ZillowVERIFIED This is my second time working with Gitta selling my two previous homes. I have also worked with her to find the perfect home for me many years ago. I would use no other realtor in the Central Florida area... Gitta is professional, courteous, timely, assertive, and extremely knowledgeable. She knows how to get things done, and has gone above and beyond her duties as a realtor for me. Gitta recently completed the sale of my Winter Springs home in Florida, rewarding me with a great price that she recommended as the listing amount. I was already in California, and the process would not have happened in such a timely and smooth manner without her! Gitta even acknowledged the time difference we had! She endured all the stress that was meant for me, as a seller. She met with electricians, plumbers, personally performed some of the work! She stayed in constant contact with me, and provided excellent ideas based on her experience. She calmed my nerves with her expertise and her capacity of earning trust. She knows her market! I highly recommend Gitta in all real estate endeavors; buying or selling. I cannot speak more highly of her! Thank you Gitta, and thank you as well to your very helpful, patient husband, Ernst.

ZillowVERIFIED Gitta is amazing!!!! She took on listing my property with immediate small recommendations to spruce the house up! And guess what? It worked! The house shows beautifully and even got me my full asking price. She consistently stays in touch either through text, phone or email. She always answers your phone calls and is quick to provide updates or addresses any issues during the sale of your property. She is an absolute Doll! If you looking to get your house sold, do not hesitate to contact Gitta. SHE GETS THE JOB DONE, PERIOD!

ZillowVERIFIED Gitta made the purchasing experience pleasant and simple. Not only did Gitta stay in close contact throughout the purchasing process, she was pinnacle in making sure that all required actions by the seller were performed to our satisfaction after the sale. The sale of our house was contingent on the purchase of our new home. With Gitta and Tony's guidance and support, we had multiple bids over the asking price on the first day of showing. Tony even helped us move some critical items on the day of signing. I would strongly suggest working with Gitta and her team for the purchase or sale of your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Gitta and her team are absolutely outstanding! On the day I signed a listing agreement with them, they launched and incredible marketing plan that resulted in hundreds of views of my house in the first week. During the 2nd week they had several showings and a contract! Prior to signing an agreement with Gitta, I used another broker who did not produce one showing is 6 months. And, almost weekly, she wanted me to lower my price. Gitta, on the other hand, recommended that I make a few minor upgrades in my house and raise my price. I did just that and the result - a contract after just two weeks for $710,000! Bottom line - the Gitta team knows their business and produces results. As a professor and a retired military officer, I wholeheartedly recommend the Gitta Team! They are honest, knowledgeable, diligent and professional in every respect. If you want to sell your house quickly and for top dollar - go with Gitta! Dr. Billings 09/10/2020

ZillowVERIFIED Gitta and Ernst are the best, they truly care and have over 30 years of knowledge that is rare to find in the Real Estate business. They truly care about the process and have a very professional team. They made sure to always be early for showings, emailed or called us along the way to let us know the next steps and how the process worked. It did not matter if it was 7am or 7pm they were amazing to communicate with.

ZillowVERIFIED Ernst and Gitta were phenomenal, highly recommend them. From showings to inspections to close they were there every step of the way. Ernst personally went through the operation of sprinkler system and showed me the areas where there were issues. Most agents sit on the couch during inspections hoping nothing comes up. Ernst was there making sure everything was working. Thats how he was from start to finish and beyond. He continues to be there for any questions I have about upgrades for future sales etc.Our family consider him and Gitta friends for life.

We were mystified by her prowess in somehow marketing the home and finding the appropriate buyers all without a single open house. We were amazed at how quickly and smoothly the various reports and fix-it work came together. Result: Happy sellers and happy buyer! Highly recommend using Gitta if you are in the market for an excellent realtor; dont hesitate ... call Gitta, then sit back and enjoy!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have relocated to Orlando area from Huntsville AL. Chris Capp was our Realtor, and we could not have been any happier with the service and the support he and the rest of the team have given us. Not only that Chris listened and understood what we were looking for, but he had also anticipated concerns or issues we might have had so that we did not waste any time during the search process. Too bad we could buy only one house, as Chris was spot on with most of the showings. Knowledgeable, personable, helpful, Chris made this otherwise stressful process, easy, pleasant and simple for us, especially since we were out of state. Any and all transactions we will do in the future will be with Chris and we strongly recommend him and the Gitta team to all pur friends, familiy and co-workers. Thank you very much for all your support!!

ZillowVERIFIED Gitta was fantastic from start to finish. She was super responsive when contacted about anything. She listed the home within 24 hours of execution of our agreement and we got a full price offer within a week. I had already moved out of state when the house was listed so when punch list items needed to be addressed, Gitta contacted the trades and met them at my home when they worked. Could not have been any smoother a transaction if I had still been in town. I felt I made the best choice in a realtor the entire transaction. Gitta is a great realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you Marc Urbainczyk and the whole KW Heritage team. This is the second time I've used you and your agency. I will use your services for as long as I'm buying and selling in Florida and so will my son. By far, the KW Heritage real estate firm is the best I've ever worked with in both buying and selling a home. I'm a person speaking from just a little experience of working with multiple real estate agencies. I have bought and sold over 10 homes. Anytime of the day or night or day, of the week or weekend, your quick communications and response time is above reproach. I've enjoyed and profited from your suggestions, knowledge, and successful negotiation skills.

ZillowVERIFIED We tried to sell our house several years ago and discovered the realtor we chose didnt have a lot of knowledge and experience in our area and neighborhood. At the time, we didnt wind up selling due to market conditions. When we decided to try to sell again, wed seen Gittas signs in our neighborhood over the years and decided they were probably more familiar with the area. Turned out, they were very familiar with the area and our neighborhood. We met with Patrick, who was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Once we signed up things moved very quickly. Patrick had potential buyers viewing our house before we were even officially listed. We sold in no time and Patrick was there every step of the way to answer our questions. We lived in our house for 17+ years and know a lot of people in the area. Even though we no longer live there, we still stay in friends and co-workers. Ive already recommended Gitta to a co-worker (they actually knew of the name already) and would absolutely recommend them to others. Thanks Patrick and Gitta Realty.

ZillowVERIFIED Words can not truly describe just how impressed we were with the service, knowledge, and expertise we received from Marc Urbainczyk with Gita Sells. There were so many times when we were ready to throw the proverbial towel in but Marc kept us on track and focused and never failed in his promise to us. He was amazingly patient with us, he was very passionate in every detail of his work, and we could not be more thankful to have had him on our side. We have real estate professionals in our family that we could have worked with but opted to go with Marc and Gitta Sells instead. We know that we would not have come anywhere near the results we received if we had gone with anyone but Marc and Gitta Sells. We are very excited to now be the homeowners of our first home together and look forward to raising our family in it - without Marc and his dedication, this would not have been possible. Again, words can not truly describe just how pleased we were with he and the entire Gitta team.

ZillowVERIFIED We found the whole experience different to that which we are use to...namely how houses are sold in the UK. Giitta and Ernst helped us through all of this, leading us and holding our hands ( sometimes) to a satisfactory conclusion. Undoubtedly they go that extra mile, nay two miles! Would I recommend Gitta Sells? Absolutely. If you are selling or buying (we did both) try them we assure you, you will not be disappointed.
