She remains extremely knowledgeable about this area, diligent in her efforts to buy and/or sell one's real estate, and thorough when it comes to completing the transaction. She needed all those skills to sell our property. She responded to our questions promptly and offered her expertise when we were uninformed about the real estate market in general and this area's specific situation. Because she was born and raised here she knows, and is friends with, a lot of people and is a great source of information about who does specific work. In addition, she has the ability to know what property will suit each client and doesn't attempt to "sell" something that isn't a good fit (unless a client is what's it that way). Never gave up on us when it looked like there was nothing available as we had looked a them all. :) Even when most were on a Sunday afternoon, she was always there with a smile and ready and wiling. Always honest with us as she shared her vast knowledge of the area and her years of experience. Never was a house too far away. When we finally found our house, she was willing to forgo her commission to make the deal work for us. She was more than our realtor, she became our friend. If you are smart, you will call her up. And to add that she is a Realtor, well where do we start. We used and abused Ginger for over 3 years while looking for houses, land and anything else we could think of. She was patient with us and took us down every back road in Grayson & Carroll Counties while explaining what she had found, what we should look for and the nuances of the properties we were about to view. The insurance agent Ginger recommended did an amazing job getting our homeowners insurance; our new 2nd home is very remote, and the insurance agent knew exactly what to do to get the insurance. The home inspector Ginger recommended has great knowledge, and I am sure he will continue to help us with various construction needs for years to come. The mortgage group Ginger recommended was so efficient and helpful. The real estate paralegal Ginger recommended was so efficient and helpful. Ginger is so responsive, and quickly provided help when needed; honestly, she said she will provide us help in the future since she is from the area, and I know she will. ZillowVERIFIED Wow! Where to start? My wife and I have been searching for our dream retirement home for the past 2 1/2 years with little luck. Either a great house with a little bit of acreage or lots of acreage and so so house. We searched mountain properties in North Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and SW Virginia so our travel time could be between 3-9 hours depending on the location. Most of the realtors we contacted had no problem showing a house but not so many interested in gathering additional information on the area or home. As a matter of fact, we had contacted another realtor in the area on this home 2 years ago and could never get answers to our questions much less a follow-up call. We were even told that the home was really far out and he didn't even offer to show it. This, however, was not the case with Ginger. In addition to happily showing us the cabin, she also responded almost immediately which is extra impressive considering the phone/internet service up in the mountains. She either knew the answers to our questions or knew who to contact to get them. Being from that area, I felt like she knew practically everyone in the business. She provided us with maps from the surveyor and the USFS, inspectors, reputable contractors, phone providers, electrical providers, internet providers and more. She also knew the area like the back of her hand. I didn't have to search anything. We could not have chosen a better agent. The entire process from start to finish ran completely smooth. After expressing all of this, I still feel that I haven't done her justice. Ginger, you are the greatest! Thank you so much for making our mountain dreams come true!

Ginger changed all of that!We contacted Ginger on a Tuesday and she came right over and showed us a property. We liked her, the property and made an offer that same day. With a little back and forth negotiations we had a signed, ratified contract before midnight that same day. 21 Days later we closed the deal and took possession of our new property.
