My husband I started looking for property in Virginia last year. About 10ish years ago we happened to get lucky to find Ginger to help us find some vaca property in Virginia, so I contacted her via email about our current search. Ginger contacted me immediately and our search started. Ginger listened to what we were looking for and sent property listings our way as I searched the internet. Anytime we found a property to go see Ginger made it happen(we kinda went from the east side of Virginia to the west side). Prior to us making a decision Ginger had put us in touch with some wonder people to help make this happen...from financing to inspection to closing. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us, we never felt pressured or that we were bothering her and she treated us like we were her only client, even though we were not! If you are thinking about buying in Va, Ginger Circle is absolutely the best!!

We we're very happy to find and work with Ginger as our buying agent. We were looking for a second home in Grayson County, so we "auditioned" a few agents by contacting them through their Zillow listings, and Ginger immediately impressed us as responsive, honest and ethical, and most importantly concerned with figuring out what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable of the market generally--and it's a tough market to figure out if you're used to metro areas!--and familiar with specific homes and their histories. She also demonstrated useful knowledge of other local agents' personalities and peculiarities that came in handy for our negotiation. Ginger looked out for us through every stage. We hope to enjoy our home for many years, but if we ever decide to sell, we'll gladly trust her to do a great job for us again.
