1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Do your research on the agent you hire. Make sure that they not only know the area but have been working in the area for a long time. In today's competitive market, it is a tremendous advantage to work with an agent connected to the other agents in the area.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Read each agents reviews thoroughly and dig into their marketing. Today's most effective marketing are online campaigns as opposed to magazine ads.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with a wide variety of clients. I help everyone from the first time home buyer to the experienced 4plex investor. We also sell everything from the small condo to the beachfront homes in Newport Beach.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Here's a great example of the precise marketing plan we executed on tha home. I just sold a home on Robinsong in Irvine. We listed it at the top of the market for $625,000. After we did a marketing blitz with personal invitations to the neighbors, Facebook ad campaigns, calls to all the local agents, and calls to our personal buyers; we ended up with 135 buyers through on the first open house and 144 through the next day's open house. We received 14 offers and sold the home for a new high for the area for $670,000.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started selling real estate as my summer job in Phoenix while I went to USC. Got out of the business for awhile and returned 14 years ago.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I'm a licensed Broker in California. Although I don't choose to run the office, I have a lot of experience and classes I continually take to get better.
