My fiance and I were looking to sell our condo and purchase a single family home in Irvine. Gantry came highly recommended from my parents and brother. Upon meeting him for the first time, my fiance and I immediately felt comfortable with him and were confident in his plan to sell our condo and to find us the perfect home. The plan to sell our condo worked to perfection - we had numerous offers after a weekend of open houses and were in escrow soon after. Gantry was also true to his word and found us the perfect home in Irvine. He was very patient with us weekend after weekend of seeing houses, not willing to settle for anything less than a home we loved. Kay and the rest of his team are also a pleasure to work with - any questions we had they would answer immediately and were willing to help us make the process as smooth and painless as possible. We already are recommending Gantry to all of our friends, and if we ever decide to sell our home Gantry will for sure be the 1st call that we make.

We were looking for a truly professional real estate company to sell my parents' home. My 7 brothers and sisters unanimously agreed that Gantry Wilson was the man for the job. He was very straightforward in his approach . His marketing plan was excellent. He canvased the market area with flyers and truly generated excitement in my parents' home. We had over 50 potential buyers walk through the home on the first showing and within 2 days we had 6 potential buyers. Gantry and his valued sidekick, Kay, lined up the contractors to address the repairs needed and the sale closed within a 90 day time period. Throughout the process Gantry and Kay kept us abreast of the status of the sale.Their attention to detail, listening and communication skills were excellent. Where do I even begin?! First off Rebecca Korss is amazing!!!! unhappy with our current realtor we decided to go to open houses on our own. The first open house We went to is where We met Rebecca. From the moment I met her I loved her energy. It felt like we had known each other for years, she's just so personable and relatable. We took a chance and asked her to be our realtor. That was the best decision we made because she was able to get us into a house, not a townhouse, but a house with a front yard and back yard just 2 miles from the beach in a housing market with little to no inventory that was in our budget. She also went above and beyond by helping us coordinate contractors to come out and do some renovations and have us move into our new home before our lease was up. I truly believe that no other realtor would have been able to do what Rebecca has done for us. If it is at all possible to have a stress free home buying experience, I would say Rebecca made that happen for us. She just made us feel at ease from beginning to end.
