Francesca went above and beyond, helping and guiding me through every step in the journey of readying the duplex (or "double" as they are known locally) and finding, vetting and contracting with tenants. Using her vast network of local professionals, Francesca referred me to a lawyer, handyman, landscaper, electrician, house cleaner, locksmith and insurance agent. And what a stellar recommendation it ended up being. We relocated to New Orleans from Utah so we had to conduct our initial search from a distance. Francesca worked with us to understand our needs and was able to line up a number of homes for us to visit on a house-hunting trip to New Orleans. In a few days we were able to get acclimated to the various neighborhoods and found the home we ended up purchasing. The home was a new construction and we wanted to add a number of items, Francesca helped us smoothly navigate working with the seller. Francesca, supported by her team at Entabulature, were incredible. I never purchased the house before and was largely unaware not just of the process of purchase but also some of the nuances and peculiarities of purchasing a house in New Orleans. Francesca skillfully guided us through this process and we are now the proud owners of our dream House. I should also emphasize that Francesca did a superb job in helping us find the right house. We explored multiple neighborhoods in New Orleans, she was receptive to our ideas and needs, albeit somewhat eclectic as they were. I'm sure we were challenging customers for her but she was very very instrumental and supportive both logistically and to be honest emotionally throughout the whole process. ZillowVERIFIED Fran was FANTASTIC! Rather than just looking for a commission, she was a constant companion throughout the house buying process. From the very beginning, she knew which questions to ask to help me choose something that I would be happy with for years to come- and many of these questions were ones I did not think to ask myself. By first asking me these questions and making me truly reflect on the answers, we were able to come up with a much better sense of what would in the long run best suit my situation. If she didnt care as much as she did or didnt have the skills to know which questions to ask, I would have been disappointed with the listings shown and most likely would not have a home today. In addition to making sure she knew what exactly I wanted, she was also incredibly honest and accommodating. Rather than letting me get in a tight spot, she walked me through the finances and helped me determine what a good fit was for me. Even if a listing was at the top of my budget, she made sure to take the time to talk me through what that would mean in terms of what I would be giving up and how that would impact my overall lifestyle and satisfaction. This came even at her own detriment, as she was losing out on additional revenue if I chose not to close on the listings at the top of my budget. This honesty and integrity is really what made me glad I went with Fran as a relator. Finally, Fran is absolutely tenacious, and has to be one of the hardest working relators out there. If I had a question or sent her a listing in the evening or even at 9 pm, I was sure to get a text or call within a few hours. She also was also updating me on listings as soon as they hit the market. She also had a solid grasp of the market and an intuitive sense of what was over/under market value, just from looking at pictures. This intuitive market sense and impeccable negotiation skills are why I have a house today. She knew exactly when to put in a bid and exactly what would be accepted. Even when I was skeptical, she convinced me to trust her and she was right. Truly, I could not recommend Fran higher and would tell anyone looking for a realtor to stop now because they would not find anyone else that possesses her combination of integrity, professionalism, and skill.
