Engel & Volkers New Orleans

Francesca was absolutely incredible to work with throughout both the sale of our home and our purchase process. She is warm, responsive, communicative, and truly went above and beyond every step of the way. We were selling in a tough market, and she navigated everything with professionalism, strategy, and persistence that made all the difference. She was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and help us think through decisions, which made what could have been a very stressful process feel manageable and smooth. Francesca also played a huge role in keeping our purchase moving forward and ensuring everything stayed on track from start to finish. We genuinely felt supported the entire time and could not recommend her more highly. If you want a realtor who is knowledgeable, caring, proactive, and deeply committed to her clients, Francesca is the one.

Francesca and her team were amazing. So great to work with! She was knowledgeable about neighborhoods, housing, the real estate market, etc. Francesca was very helpful when it came to listing the house and guided me in the right direction. She was patient with my many questions and insecurities, and she was always available and responsive. I was very happy with the showings and sale of my house and would highly recommend her. She was an all around lovely person to work with!

Francesca was A-1. She was on top of every part of the process. Didnt miss a beat. In fact, she went out of her way to take care of us, thinking of details that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. In our experience of buying a number of homes over the years, weve never worked with anyone better.

Francesca and her team did a great job . We are out of state buyers and she made the process very accommodating and timely. She has specific answers for questions when asked. Knowledgeable about locales, structures, issues, etc.

I wasn't planning on becoming a landlord in New Orleans, but life happens. My sister researched reviews of realtors in NOLA and reached out to Francesca. What a God send! Francesca went above and beyond, helping and guiding me through every step in the journey of readying the duplex (or "double" as they are known locally) and finding, vetting and contracting with tenants. Using her vast network of local professionals, Francesca referred me to a lawyer, handyman, landscaper, electrician, house cleaner, locksmith and insurance agent. Each of her referrals were awesome and they, subsequently, referred me to additional professionals. Especially since I live out-of-state, when I say that I couldn't have done it without her, I am not exaggerating. In addition to Francesca's awesome professionalism, she was kind and patient during what was a difficult time for me. I can't recommend Francesca more highly!
