Kelly was an excellent advocate for us throughout what turned into a long and complicated sale in a tough time for the market. We faced multiple failed contracts due to buyer financing issues, a shifting market, and even delays tied to the government shutdown. And through it all, Kelly stayed steady, responsive, and proactive. She communicated clearly, kept us grounded when things got frustrating, and consistently pushed lenders, buyer agents, and vendors to keep the deal moving. Kelly helped us navigate inspection negotiations thoughtfully, balancing cooperation with protecting our interests, and ultimately guided the transaction to a successful close. We always felt informed, supported, and confident that she was working hard on our behalf. Were very grateful for her professionalism, persistence, and calm presence during a challenging process, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone selling in the New Orleans area.

We were connected with Kelly through our loan officer with Zillow and were quite happy with that recommendation. As first time homebuyers, Kelly walked us through each step of the process all the way from showings to closing. There were some tough decisions we had to make along the way during our buying process and Kelly helped us understand our options without pushing us too hard one way or the other on our choices, and without trying to sell us on anything. She was also very responsive every time we had a question.

Kelly and her team did a great job in providing their local expertise of the New Orleans market to help me find a duplex that I could occupy/rent. She was quick to respond when I had questions or needed to discuss part of the negotiations.

Kelly is a ball of fire! Give her a task and she is on it and does not quit until you are satisfied. I cannot recommend her highly enough! My sister gave her a list of desired parameters for a rental house. I knew it was going to be hard to find but Kelly did it!

I wish I could give Kelly more than 5 stars in each category. She planned routes to see rentals across New Orleans from Gentilly Terrance to Kenner and took the time to contact or explore listings to any property I sent her way. She was very responsive and kept in touch every day until we found the perfect place and had a lease. She communicated with listing agents about pet policies on my behalf, navigated issues with applications successfully, and even pointed out local restaurants and shopping near homes we viewed. Kelly is a diamond league agent and will continue to be my go-to contact when I'm ready to buy, sell, or rent again. Cannot say enough good things about her and the service she provided!!!

Kelly was recommended to me in 2020 when I was making a move to New Orleans to start my new career. Fast forward four years and 3 property transactions later, and shes now a friend! I have and always will recommend her for your real estate needs. She makes deals on both of the table easy easy!

I had an incredible experience working with my realtor, Kelly, during the process of purchasing my home. From the very beginning, she showcased her exceptional skills and dedication to her clients. Her responsiveness was top-notch; she promptly answered my questions and addressed any concerns throughout the entire journey. Kelly possesses outstanding negotiating skills, ensuring that I got the best possible deal for my new home. Her expertise in the local market was evident as she guided me towards neighborhoods that matched my preferences and needs perfectly. One of the most valuable aspects of working with Kelly was her vast network of connections within the real estate industry. This network allowed her to access off-market listings and stay updated on the latest opportunities, giving me a competitive edge in a challenging market. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone seeking a reliable and proficient realtor. Her passion for her work, combined with her responsiveness, negotiating skills, local knowledge, and extensive connections, make her a phenomenal asset for anyone looking to purchase a house. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I am grateful for all her efforts in helping me find my perfect home.

We were moving from Iowa to New Orleans, and Kelly went above and beyond to find us a house that we could make a home. She was resilient but never too pressing. She helped comfort us in a really tough time. I would recommend Kelly to anyone that ask!
