Evelyn helped me get my home ready to show, she does a lot of research to know the best price to ask. In my case I was in a contingency with a kick out clause so I was under pressure to sell quick. House went on the market and I had 3 offers in 1 1/2 weeks and was under contract in 2. The challenge came in getting this house to closing without losing the house I was buying. Evelyn knows the business and how to make sure everything goes through as it should. She is very professional and helps to get the price you want and find you the house of your dreams. Evelyn was the best part of the home buying process. As a younger couple buying a home, we had so many questions and Evelyn was there every step of the way to make the process not only easy but very enjoyable. Her personality is....the best! She is so fun and funny and makes the process so much better! When you have an agent, I thought of it like being a professional athlete where they have an agent who works for them to get the best deal for their player. Thats what she is and actively does - she fights for you to get the best deal and is always looking out for your best interest. Every time we had a question or concern, Evelyn was quick to respond and never left us hanging. Working with lenders, closing agents, and buyer/seller agents, things can get muddy but Evelyn was a champ - coordinating between all of the parties to make our dream home a reality. To all buyers out there, you want someone who is not only a professional (and she is down right awesome) but you want someone who cares and gets to know you. As a visually impaired condo owner ready to move on to the next chapter in life, I was worried about making sure my unit looked its best for a visual audience so it would sell fast. I had no reason to worry as Evelyn was with me every step of the way. She worked with contractors on my behalf to ensure the unit was open, bright, all repairs were completed on time and on budget, and all furniture was well placed so the highlights of my city condo would show best to prospective buyers both in person and online. Thanks to her hard work and dedication to me as her client, I got a cash offer and closed in just a few weeks! Anytime I was worried or did not understand something during the sales process, she was always available to answer my calls or texts at anytime, day or night. She made sure all documents I had to sign were accessible to me and she was with me during closing to make sure I was taken care of. As a blind homeowner selling my first property, this was gold. Evelyn was excellent at helping me navigate the challenges of being a buyer in a sellers market.
