She was very available and responsive to all of our questions (as first-time sellers, we had a LOT of questions) and explained things in simple and clear language. We literally handed over the keys and left the country, and she went above and beyond to take care of all of the repairs, staging, and even some small favors for us. We really felt that she had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process and worked really hard to get us the price we wanted for our house despite a very tough market.
