Being first time home buyers, we knew absolutely nothing about the process and all the steps to purchasing and closing on a home. Emma navigated us through each of these steps with ease and was excellent at making sure everything was well explained and that we were always well informed every step of the way. Her communication was great and we always knew exactly where we were at in the process of closing and would check in with us regularly.
