Emma was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire process of buying a home. My fiancee and I worked with Emma to purchase our first home. Being first time home buyers, we knew absolutely nothing about the process and all the steps to purchasing and closing on a home. Emma navigated us through each of these steps with ease and was excellent at making sure everything was well explained and that we were always well informed every step of the way. Her communication was great and we always knew exactly where we were at in the process of closing and would check in with us regularly. Emma is very devoted to her job and goes out of her way to do everything possible to find you your dream home. We searched weekend after weekend with Emma doing on average viewing 4 to 5 homes each weekend from December through February. Emma went above and beyond and devoted a ton of her time to making sure we found the home that was the best fit for us. Emma not only found us a home that was a great fit for us, but she found us our dream home that over exceeded all of our expectations for our first home. After Emma found us our home, that was not the end of her efforts. We were in a multiple offer situation when submitting our offer on our home and there were 7 competing offers.
