I lived 10 hours away, and had a relative in the area who doesn't have a car. Emily and Danielle were very responsive to every question and made themselves available on short notice to view potential properties, either picking up my relative to do a site visit, or recording a walk-through on their own so I could get a real feel for the property. Thanks to their market knowledge and experience, they had good advice on making a successful offer, and helped me get through the purchase process without hiccups. Their contractor guide made it easy to find recommended professionals for work I needed. I wanted to have the wood floors refinished prior to moving in, and they facilitated access for the refinishing crew while I was still days away from arriving. (Shout out to Luis Flooring for doing an excellent job of accommodating my changing close dates, and doing a beautiful job on the floors.) With Emily and Danielle's efforts, combined with fast work by Mystra Mezo at WECU, I was able to close a couple of days early. I highly recommend these folks if you are hoping to buy a house in Bellingham.
