Emily and Danielle did a wonderful job of helping me get into a new house here before I moved to the area. They were quick to update me as houses came on the market. I lived 10 hours away, and had a relative in the area who doesn't have a car. Emily and Danielle were very responsive to every question and made themselves available on short notice to view potential properties, either picking up my relative to do a site visit, or recording a walk-through on their own so I could get a real feel for the property. Thanks to their market knowledge and experience, they had good advice on making a successful offer, and helped me get through the purchase process without hiccups. Their contractor guide made it easy to find recommended professionals for work I needed. I wanted to have the wood floors refinished prior to moving in, and they facilitated access for the refinishing crew while I was still days away from arriving. (Shout out to Luis Flooring for doing an excellent job of accommodating my changing close dates, and doing a beautiful job on the floors.) With Emily and Danielle's efforts, combined with fast work by Mystra Mezo at WECU, I was able to close a couple of days early. I highly recommend these folks if you are hoping to buy a house in Bellingham.

Emily did an absolutely fabulous job, stuck with us through months of this crazy market to find just the right house at a price that was manageable. Nothing short of miraculous. She is skilled at the technical aspects, great at communicating, and a complete pleasure to work with throughout.

My husband and I were very new to Bellingham, and we really didn't know the area well at all. Emily and Dani took the time to get to know us and all our needs and wants.
