ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Elyse in February 2014 to help us locate a house to rent in anticipation of our relocation from New York. She was so generous with her time and her knowledge of the Palm Beach County market. We have two dogs and a cat. I knew it would be challenging to identify a home that would allow pets. Throughout a period of four months, Elyse and I were in constant communication about available rentals. Finally, in July 2014 we identified a house rental in the area we wanted to live in, that is spacious, has a pool and accommodates our pets, and our family! Update May 2017. Having lived and rented in Boca Raton for almost three years, and become familiar with the different communities, my husband and I had very specific criteria of the home we wanted to purchase. We were looking for a home in one of two communities-where homes seldom come -up for sale. The house had to have 4 bedrooms, at least 2 bathrooms, more than 2000 square feet, a pool and an open lay-out. I was set on finding a home where I could see straight through to the pool when I walked in the door. Tall order. I know. Luckily, not for Elyse! She did it! Over the course of three years, she was relentless in her search-until she found our dream home! From contract to closing, Elyse guided us through the process. Issues came up, as they inevitably do, and Elyse?s expertise proved invaluable to resolving them and moving the process along. Whether you are selling or buying a house, there is no one else I would recommend. Elyse will exceed your expectations!

ZillowVERIFIED Elyse was recommended to me by the Office Mgr. where I had rented an apt. for 4 yrs. She immediately returned my call & set up an appt. to show me a condo in the Delray Beach area. Everything she showed me, for the most part, met my criteria; however, the problem always seemed to be that as soon as I was ready to bid on one, quite often someone else got to it (with a cash offer) before I could act on it. This, along with a much smaller inventory of available properties, was somewhat frustrating, but Elyse kept trying. Finally, one day seemingly out of the blue, a property popped up & after touring the condo I told Elyse that I could definitely see myself living there. Elyse held my hand through the entire process which followed. She went out of her way to accommodate deadlines which had to be met, revisions that needed to be made, etc. Whenever I worried too much about the details of the various processes, she would assure me that we were on the right track. She always knew it would work out OK because she is an experienced professional. Elyse worked with me up to and including the Closing on the condo. She monitored every detail of my journey. I cannot imagine anyone else doing a better job! Ive discussed Elyses work ethics, efficiency, kindness, etc. with my friends and families. When given the opportunity, I will not hesitate to recommend her. Because of her, in 7 short weeks, I found a property, had my bid accepted, secured the loan, insurance, etc. and am now living in my lovely new home. ZillowVERIFIED Elyse helped me to by a foreclosed property in Boca Raton which by all accounts was a frustrating process for all parties involved...we ammended the contract no less than 8 times (all due to the seller) and closed 2 months later than planned BUT we ended up with a good deal at the end of the day and the house I really wanted. Where Elyse stands out is in 1. Patience: there were several moments of intense frustration with the process due to the seller and Elyses experience and cool head got us to the other side when probably it would have been easier for even her to throw the towel in; 2. Responsiveness: One of the problems with the seller is that they rarely answered emails or only did so days later and after multiple follow-ups but not with Elyse. All emails were answered quickly, usually within a few hours, even when life events would have made it more challenging for her; it was clear from the beginning that she was committed to me and getting this property.When you work with Elyse you dont just get an agent focused on his/her bottom line but someone who is a professional ally and really accompanies you through what can sometimes be a rough process.
