He was patient and incredibly helpful in the home buying process: he helped us think through things we didn't know we needed to consider, like proximity to major roads or the dryness of a crawl space; he connected us to great service providers, and he showed, even in little ways. his genuine care for us. This year (Spring 2022), we suddenly decided to sell our home. He was with us each step of the way.
