Dylan is an outstanding realtor who looks out for his clients with precision and guides you every step of the way. He is always available to answer any questions you may have and he is professional and especially detail oriented. I was amazed that my home had three offers the third day on the market and I received offers over the asking price. Dylan presented the offers to me explaining each offer and which one would be best for me. He is very knowledgeable in real estate and a very good negotiator. He was also a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Dylan Siebers as a very qualified realtor.

ZillowVERIFIEDIve used a couple agents for selling properties, but the search was officially off when I met Dylan. He is now my go-to agent and I recommend him to everyone I know. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, hes responsive and strategic. He knows the ins and outs of real estate in depth and he advocates for his clients but is fair and transparent. He's really a pleasure to work with as a client but I also witnessed first hand how friendly he is with other agents. I cant stress enough how important it is that you work with someone who is personable and communicative. Agents can make or break even the best deals. Dont trust the biggest purchase or sale to just anyone! I 10/10 recommend Dylan, and I am not easily impressed.

ZillowVERIFIEDI feel like Dylan didnt ever care about my needs as a client. I asked him to move his sign from near my porch to the front of my property (as passers by couldnt see my house was for sale) I had to move it myself after a week of waiting. I asked to meet him in person to discuss repairs on my house and he blew me off saying he was busy. He never gave me hard numbers that showed 100% of a price breakdown or deadlines. I felt like I was kept out of the loop and it was like pulling teeth to get any answers, I kept getting blown off. I feel like he was rushing to push the sale instead of addressing any of my concerns. I asked why the buyers were trying to beat me up on the already low price and Dylan said "Well, everyone beats up the buyers on the price!" Just putting out my experience with him as a Buyers Agent.
