I had been looking for my first home for over a year a half while working with various realtors with no luck at all. In all honesty, I had done all my own research to figure out where I wanted and what I wanted in a home and things still weren't working out...until I partnered with Dylan. He made the home buying experience amazingly positive and impactful versus my past track record of it being dreadful and unrewarding. His honesty, attention to detail, and personable attitude transformed my former bad luck into a competitive advantage when it come to ultimately buying what I was looking for. Some of the realtors I had worked with in the past had one or two great qualities but Dylan is definitely the entire package. I've been in my home almost a year now and can't thank Dylan enough for the time and effort he put into treating my house search like his own.
