ZillowVERIFIED Bought a home. Was searching for a realtor and came across several, including Drew. One of my coworkers told me he used Drew twice, selling and buying a home, and recommended I use him. Drew made buying a home so easy for me. He was there when I called, when I texted and emailed. Was polite the whole time even when I thought that was a dumb question to ask. Helped me with every aspect of buying the home. He knew this crazy market well and we went with certain options like offering 2 grand above appraisal, knowing our offer was going to be past appraisal. I didnt know what that meant but he explained it all and was looking after my best interest. We did no inspection, as is, and he helped me look for what could be wrong with the house. Set me up with an inspector that Im hiring for peace of mind. We also offered enough to win the bid but at same time ended up saving $14k and won per the appraisal clause. My sister was looking for a home and had countless rejections but when I told her some of the things we did, she tried them and now is under contract for a home. As teachers they were getting priced out of the market but now moving soon. Drew even helped get me set up with a Mortgage company and questions about it. What was great, he wasnt trying to sell me other services, more like here is a good person I trust, call if you want. That personal, real aspect of that showed his character. Hes a family man and someone I feel I can trust. He was always respectful, knew the market and most of all knew things about a home/what to look for I would never have thought of. I will end up using him again in the future.

While I wasnt ready to sell at the time, his approach and demeanor immediately put me at ease. He continued to follow up over the next two years and answered all of my many questions around the logistics of selling a house. When we were ready to sell, Drew provided really helpful guides and information on how to prepare the house for the market - early enough that we were able to do a lot of prep work well in advance. A big part of our success in selling the house was how supportive Drew was every step of the way. His contacts in home maintenance were awesome. All of the carpets were replaced in less than a week with really awesome quality and value. He recommended a stager who totally transformed the place and really allowed the house to show to prospective buyers above and beyond expectations. He ensured we had professional photographs for the listing and turned everything around incredibly quickly. We ultimately received 12+ offers and sold the house $35k over asking price with great terms. It was only on the market for a weekend. We ended up closing a week earlier than expected (in just about 3 weeks!) with every step along the way very smooth and easy. ZillowVERIFIED Drew did a great job selling my house. When I was getting ready to sell the house, I contacted Drew and asked him what work should be done before putting the house on the market. He took a close look at the house and recommended some improvements that would help the house to sell quickly. He then contacted contractors that completed the jobs quickly and at reasonable prices. The painters he contacted actually got us a quote and got all the painting done the very same week! If we had tried to get contractors it would have more expensive and we would probably still be waiting to get the house on the market. When we did list the house, Drew was able to get us 50 showings and we had seven offers by the second day! We accepted an offer that was $21,000 over our asking price. I am sure that Drews expertise and good advise on what buyers expect when looking at houses drove the quick sale and great offers.
