?Donatella, her son Lorenzo, and their team are great to work with. I bought my home in Evans through Donatella and chose her again 4.5 years later to sell it. ?Her responsiveness is excellent. I needed to list urgently on a Saturday while she was out of state, but her team had it on the MLS within 24 hours. Lorenzo took great initial photos, and they sent a professional photographer who handled the lighting and my specific requests perfectly. ?Donatella is a solid deal maker with great judgment. When we got an early offer, we wanted an open house, but her quick analysis and advice were spot on. We accepted within 7 days and closed in under a month. In a smaller market like Evans, her local connections and experience build a level of trust with buyer's agents that you can't get from a new realtor. I highly recommend her to sell your house.

I saw a house I wanted to look at and decided to set up time to see and was very impressed with her. I thought it might be later in the day and at least a day or two before I could see house but Ms. Armstrong text me and met me within two hours of contacting her. I have never had anybody be more responsiveness even though she said she was close to location I was very impressed and believe she would make anyone happy in finding them a home or helping them sell their house. I definitely will work with her.
